Discover this fusion of truly innovative and unique spa ritual massage treatments - a restorative manicure massage and a relaxing pedicure massage which can be combined with any traditional manicure and pedicure. Inspired by eastern philosophies and combining Eastern and Western massage techniques including Thai and Balinese, these treatments offer an indulgent and exotic spa experience.
The course is suitable for beginners but can be tailored to the qualified therapist/post graduate.
Course Structure:
DAY 1 10am-5pm anatomy and physiology of the hands and feet. Basic nail and cuticle techniques.
DAY 2 10am-5pm THAI Manicure and Pedicure Ritual Treatment
Qualified therapist/post graduate/nail technicians:
Students already holding anatomy and physiology need attend day 2 only, however you must also be competent in manicure and pedicure.
Course Criteria:
- Salon hygiene, sanitation / health and safety
- Client consultation and client care
- Anatomy and physiology of the hands and feet
- Basic nail and cuticle techniques
- Thai Manicure and Pedicure Ritual Treatment
- Product knowledge
- Promotion and marketing of your new skill
Assessment:
Verbal and written assessments are undertaken during the course to confirm students understanding.
Certificate / Insurance
A certificate will be awarded on successful completion of the course. Once you have completed your training we recommend that you obtain public liability insurance. There are several companies that will insure you against our certificates.
