FAQs

How do I book?
Contact the wholesale venue where you wish to attend the course,book the date and format (online or instore), directly with them. You will then be sent your training pack with all the information required.
Will I receive a certificate?
Our training partner (UK Learning Academy) will forward your e-certificate once you have successfully completed your course, this will be sent immediately after your online assessment so you get your insurance. If you are not confident or not ready to pass, you'll be referred for the next available course.
Do I bring a model?
Many courses held in store simply require you to work on another student for the practical. If you are learning at home on a e-learning option, you will need a model. Your training pack will provide up to date information on what you need to prepare for your course.
What support do I receive following a course?
You will receive access to the LMS (Learning Management System) an online portal where you can continue to access manuals, videos and step-by-steps. We're also available on social media to help with any questions regarding our products or treatments.
How does online training work?
Book your course and date which suits you and learn from the comfort of your own home.You will need to organise a model and ensure you have the correct Salon System products ready before your course starts.
What courses are available in my area?
We offer courses all over the UK and Ireland, through our Hair & Beauty wholesale distributors, which means you should be able to access training easily. Alternatively you can access online options wherever you are!
What does accreditation mean?
It means they are recognised by leading industry bodies which enables therapists and technicians to easily access insurance following training.
Are Salon System courses accredited?
All of our courses are accredited with industry leading accreditation bodies - ABT, The Guild, NHF, Professional Beauty.
